Aman Homestay believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after making the reservation. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the reservation has been confirmed and it's been more than 24 hours.

In case of an error while making the payment, please contact us. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at our own end.

In case of any Refunds approved by the Aman Homestay, it’ll take 7 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
